Welcome to our complete guide for TVIP Box! This device is powerful and stable, using a portal link to give you access to our full content library. Follow the steps below carefully for a quick and trouble-free installation.
To activate your TVIP box subscription, we must first register the box's unique MAC address in our system. Without this step the portal cannot work.
- 🔵 Find your MAC address: The address is on a sticker on the bottom of your TVIP Box. It always starts with: 1A:7F: or 00:1A: – followed by XX.XX.XX.
- 🔵 You can also find it here: Start your TVIP Box and go to System Settings under "Network Information".
- 🔵 Send us the address: Reply to your order confirmation email and include the MAC address. You need this to continue with the guide.
Connect and Start Your TVIP Box
- • Make sure you have the following ready:
- – Your TVIP box connected to your TV via HDMI cable.
- – A stable internet connection (wired Ethernet strongly recommended).
- – Your unique Portal URL (received from us via email).
- – Your TVIP Box remote control.
- • Connect the network cable to your TVIP Box and HDMI cable to your TV.
- • Turn on the box and your TV. Wait until the home screen appears.
Open System Settings
- • Use the remote control to navigate.
- • Go to the Home (Main Menu).
- • Select "Settings".
- • If using an older box, go to Network and check that you are connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or LAN).
Configure the IPTV Portal
- • Navigate with the arrow keys.
- 1. In "Settings", navigate to the "TV Source" section.
- 2. Under "TV Source", select "IPTV".
- 3. Select "Portal Settings" or "Add Portal".
Enter Your Portal Details
Enter the following information carefully.
- • Portal URL: Enter the URL you received from us via email. Pay attention to dots, slashes, and spelling. Example: http://line.example.com/c
- • Portal Name: Your choice, e.g. XtremeIPTV.
- • Use as default: Set to "Yes".
- • Press "OK" to save the settings.
Restart the Box
- • The new settings must be loaded by restarting the box.
- • Go to the main menu and find the restart option (Reboot/Restart).
- • You can also hold the power button on the remote and select "Restart".
- • The box will now restart.
Enjoy Your IPTV Experience
- • After the box restarts it will automatically load the portal you just added and start fetching the channel lists.
- • You are now ready to watch live channels, VOD movies, and series.
- • Use the remote control to browse between channels, movies, and series.
