DMCA Policy

Xtreme HD IPTV respects copyright and expects all users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), we have implemented a process for handling copyright infringement notices.

Our service provides technical infrastructure and we do not support piracy or illegal distribution of copyrighted material. Read more in our terms of service.

If you believe that material available through our service or website infringes your copyrighted work, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been copied — provide titles, registration numbers, or URL to the original work.
3. Identification of the infringing material — specify the URL or exact location on our platform where the alleged infringement appears.
4. Your contact details: name, address, phone number, and email address.
5. A good faith statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We strive to process all DMCA notices within 48–72 hours on business days.

If material has been removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was incorrect or made by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you in good faith believe the material was removed by mistake.
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of your federal district court.

In accordance with the DMCA, Xtreme HD IPTV has implemented a policy to terminate subscriptions of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Accounts subject to multiple verified DMCA complaints may be terminated without refund and without notice. See the terms of service for more information.

Xtreme HD IPTV is a service provider under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) and strives to meet the requirements for "safe harbor" protection. We act promptly on valid DMCA notices and have no actual knowledge of, or financial benefit from, specific infringing material we control.

Note that it is illegal to intentionally file a false DMCA notice. Abuse of the DMCA process may result in liability for damages, including court costs and attorney fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
